Banana Bread

Banana BUNDT Bread lol
Ok... so my sense of humor maybe lame... but this recipe for banana nut bread is far from lame!

Have you ever been making banana bread, and get tired of "mashing" them???  Pull out that old school potato masher!  It works perfectly!

Banana Nut Bread
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1-1/2 cups mashed bananas (4-5 medium)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

*double recipe for bunt pan

Away we go!!
Preheat oven 350F.
1.  Grease bottom of loaf or muffin pan, or cupcake tin.
2.  Combine all the dry ingredients: flour, powder, soda, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.  Make a dent in the middle, and set aside!

3.  In a different bowl mix eggs, bananas, sugar, and butter.

4.  Dump the banana mixture into the flour mixture.  Mix together!  Make sure to scrape along the sides and the bottom.  Fold in nuts.

5. Bake at 350f.  Loaf pan for 55-60 minutes.  Bundt pan for 1 hour and 10 minutes.  Muffin tin for 20 minutes.

Add a little butter or even some Nutella!  ENJOY!!!
